Arion Global LLC connects Caribbean businesses with US suppliers — handling purchasing, logistics coordination, and freight consolidation so you can source smarter, move faster, and grow without borders.
Three steps from enquiry to delivered cargo.
Submit an enquiry with the goods you want to source — supplier name, product category, or just a general description. We'll assess sourcing options and send you a quote.
Using our US entity, we purchase directly from American wholesalers at domestic pricing, consolidate your cargo, and coordinate the freight booking on your behalf.

"We bridge US suppliers with Caribbean buyers through an integrated trade network — built on over a decade of real-world customs and logistics expertise."
Arion Global LLC was established as a US-registered trade entity to close the gap that Caribbean importers face when accessing American wholesale markets. Most regional buyers lack the US presence, supplier relationships, and logistics infrastructure to purchase directly.
As your US-based purchasing and logistics agent, we sit on the American side of the transaction — buying on your behalf, coordinating freight, and managing the end-to-end movement of goods.

We are not a generic logistics company. We are a Caribbean trade specialist with a US footprint — and that difference matters.
As a Wyoming-registered LLC, Arion Global purchases from US wholesalers under our own entity — giving clients access to domestic pricing, tax-exempt purchasing, and supplier relationships not available to foreign buyers.
We know the ports, regulations, and customs realities of the Caribbean. Our team has cleared goods through Trinidad & Tobago for 13+ years — so nothing surprises us when your cargo arrives.
From the moment you request a quote to the moment your goods clear customs, you deal with one team. No handoffs, no confusion — just coordinated execution across our integrated network.
You don't need a US company, bank account, or US address to buy from American suppliers. We handle the purchasing side entirely — you simply pay our agent fee and receive your goods.
"Amit and his team handled everything from supplier contact to customs clearance. We had zero issues on our first US shipment — something that was impossible to imagine before working with Arion."
"Having a US-registered entity on your side changes everything when dealing with American wholesalers. We got domestic pricing and terms we couldn't access before."

Everything you need to know before working with us.
No. That's precisely why we exist. Arion Global LLC acts as your US-registered purchasing agent — we buy on your behalf using our own entity. You don't need a US company, bank account, or US address. You simply pay our agent fee and we handle the US-side of the transaction entirely.
We can source most commercial and consumer goods from US wholesalers and distributors — including industrial supplies, pet nutrition, food products, equipment, and general merchandise. We'll advise upfront on any regulatory or import restrictions specific to your goods or destination country.
Transit times vary by carrier and service level. LCL (less-than-container-load) consolidations typically arrive within 2–4 weeks from US port to Trinidad. FCL (full-container-load) shipments can move faster depending on vessel schedules. We'll provide estimated timelines at the quote stage.
Our purchasing agent service is charged on a percentage-based fee of the total order value. Freight coordination and customs advisory fees are quoted separately based on shipment size and complexity. We provide full cost breakdowns before you commit to anything.

Yes. While our customs brokerage licence is specific to Trinidad & Tobago, we can coordinate US purchasing and freight forwarding for shipments to other Caribbean destinations. Customs clearance at those ports would be handled by local brokers at destination, which we can help coordinate.
